we can increase the vmotion share in network bandwidth using network IO control.
If the issue here is speed of VM copy/offline migrations is less then its expected. the encryption and decryption process during file copy will delay the process.
by using the veeam fastscp we can move the VM files faster than the VMware offline migration.
