as you said there were some Null value present in the vm-vmx.csv. So I have recreated a new csv file and executed the script 2. No more reoccurring loop issue. Except the answer question display issue everything works as expected and our work done (need to add update-tools).

at the execution window as you suggested included Write-Host $Question option & I have attached the screenshot as well the execution log. Please suggest.
