Is there any update on this?
We are using ESX 5.0 on HP BL460c G7 hardware.
Still having the same issue, also after changing the CPU/MMU Virtualization Option.
Strange thing is, it does not always happen.
It happens a lot though...
I hope there is any solution on this yet...
