Convert VMDK in multiple VMDKs

Hi,

I've got a VM with a vDisk attached.

There are partitions, both are on same vmdk stored (see image attached)

Is there a way, I can get each partition on a own vmdk file?

Unforunately it's not possible with vmware converter...
