Upgraded from 4 to 4.1 - VM tasks?

Hi,

Have upgraded the VC & 1 host to 4.1.  (from version 4)

2 hosts are still on version 4 in the cluster.

Once i migrate VM's to the 4.1 box, are any processes that i need to follow for the VM.s,  (such as HW or tools update) and order thanks..
