It would be muchclearer if you could paste some screenshots.
Now I just can guess that the officer have had selected the Favorites Tab (instead of the Main) in the Explorer (Links) section - for some users it really leads to confusion:
Btw you can check if it's true by restoring the user you have removed. Of course if you need to find outthe cause and have time for this.
