Cannot clone VM to template

I'm running ESXi 5.0.0, 1024429

vCenter build 913577

I am trying to clone a VM to a template. 

I get an error:

A specified parameter was not correct.

I have plenty of free space on my datastores, my VM is turned off & is healthy.
