Sure - there are several ways to do that.
You say you have Workstation on your build ? - then you also have vmware-vdiskmanager.
With vdiskmanager you can import vmdks into ESXi.
Other options are to use WinSCP to upload the VM - vmkfstools can be used if you build MOA with NFS-support.
