Any new network will come us as unidentified with Windows 2008 R2, and there is a Microsoft HotFix for this. New MAC Addresses assigned to a NIC are treated as different networks. This is specific to synthetic NICs. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2526142/
Second, make sure that Customization is enabled on the VMs in the vApp catalog (if required). This needs to be set to keep the value when it's copied from Catalog to "My Cloud". If this is missing, we aren't doing customization when you power on the VM/vApp for the first time.
