I have not looked at any of your attachments, don't have time at the moment sorry, however I wanted to mention that a week or so ago after getting a $19.99 copy of Mac OS X 10.6.3 Snow Leopard Server from Apple I per my normal protocol made an ISO Image of the Disc and installed from the ISO Image without issue. So you may want to give that a try.
Tip: In Disk Utility when selecting the source select the physical drive itself not the session burned on the Disc and then select DVD/DC master.
