Using SBS 2008

Hi,

We are thinking about converting one or more computers to VMs.

One of them is an SBS 2008 server.

I've read something about "VMware vCenter Converter".

- Does this convert to complete machine without any problem?

When the SBS 2008 machine is converted and installed on the VM host, are there specific (difficult) steps to get it running?

(what I mean is that, for example, Windows Hyper V needs a DC outside the server 2012 host machine and SBS 2088 is also a DC, so it's very difficult to get an SBS 2008 running with Hyper V (That's what I've heard))
