You can install Teamviewer and use it as "Locally".
First you have to install on Server and Client.
Second , you have to enable the LAN option because it is disabled by default , to accomplish this, follow the steps in the link below :
http://www.teamviewer.com/en/help/40-Can-TeamViewer-be-used-within-a-local-network-LAN-only.aspx
Once this option is enabled on both , you can connect using IP address and the Teamviewer password which you can also specify.
