We need that in the form to open a new call , when we select the CIs, the CIs must be showed filtered by the Organization name. Now when we show CIs, we can select CIs from other organization.
To open a new incident, the form is accessed by clicking “call > Incident (Default)”. And the CI field is Configuration Item.
