Congratulations on passing, and your raise, very well deserved. 
For others that will come after you and staying within the guidelines that you agreed to, is there anything that you can share that you feel helped you the most? How much experience with vSphere prior to taking the course and building your lab did you have? How many hours did you spend reading and in the lab? Congratulations again!!!
